Founded in 1976 by Paul Dunne, Sale West A.B.C. has been providing the region's best boxing training and fitness programmes to the local community. Our experienced trainers and fantastic facilities have helped numerous individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Our Facilities

Our gym has all the required boxing and fitness equipment, including a boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags, and more. We also have a cardio area and a circuit class area. Come and see our facilities for yourself.
